Flexothech HAWK
Frame built from MiniTec profile, precise linear rail systems. Massive steel headstocks for supporting bore holes cylinders, shafted cylinders and sleeves. Hawk built with over-simple electronics and pneumatic-free. Large and comfortable working area for the operator between the optical system and the plate cylinder. Left headstock is moved by hand on the linear rail. The mounter can accept plate cylinders between 50-220 mm in diameter and 150-700 mm face width.
Flexotech FALCON
Robust steel side frames with steel cross beams and precision linear rails. Pneumatic fittings serve to ease the operation of the unit. Large colour displays show the exact position of each camera. The measurement system has a 20 base position memory. Division of the circumference for mounting more plates on the face is done with the pneumatic dividing disc. Large and comfortable working area for the operator between the optical system and the plate cylinder. Left headstock is moved via a pneumatic air cylinder on the linear rail. Controlled by 2 foot pedals. The mounter can accept plate cylinders between 50-220 mm in diameter and 100-700 mm face width.
